The A.B.S Mind Map for 2017

“I have a vision. A vision that synergizes a total solution to any given situation. Regardless of constraints, regardless of any changes.

A vision that is agile. It is a strategy that can fit and shapeshift to different molds and challenges of the company in no time. Something that empowers people to self-service their way towards application and reports.

Something that promotes collaboration towards a strong team of engineers and developers. A group that embodies the values that enables a zero, to hero. A vision that will fly high, alongside with the flight of the organization.”

As one of the advocates of Data visualization, I would like to showcase to you the totality of the vision, “Visually”.

The “Mind Map” of the whole totality of Application and Business Intelligence scope for 2017.

​In this diagram, you can see how our team, ICT - App & BI Solutions interacts with the internal (team) and external (customers) Universe. You can also view the committee group responsibilities (the project phalanx), the platforms and special projects such as this newsletter (Project AbsTrack,), BI self-service program, SharePoint, Solarwinds, K2 AND Other programs and tools in our arsenals, offerings and its interdependencies.

If we were to zoom this out, here are the interdependencies INSIDE and OUTSIDE ICT “RUN” team. In which we are heavily connected to the NITS team led by Jerome Razonable, forming the real collaboration we called “DevOps”. Here you can also visualize our connection on the vendor side of things for product demos, POC’s and other offerings. There is also an interdependency of ABS Team on the “ICT CHANGE” team which eventually, we will be supporting as the project firefly emerges.

​And to execute the “Vision”, I introduce to you my humble and passionate team. Each members are also committee leads in a project called “Project Phalanx”. Project Phalanx aims to promote collaboration, team work and “team-mentality”, to distribute the overall ICT Development responsibilities across the team, making each one leads in their committees. Without each member’s efforts, there will be no ABS, and there will be no ABS without these persons:

​Every committee has critical impact to each other, and everyone contributes. Aside from the spectrum of the projects, issue resolution tickets and technologies we use, this just points out that we work as a unit. Minds are all aiming for winning.

As our credo for this year “Go Beyond”, we always aim to be excellent, more mature, and collaborative in achieving our vision - in which contributes and gives value to the overall dream, which is the 20/20 vision. Synergize with us and let us take care of your App & BI Solutions.
